These are the teams of people that selflessly and willingly respond to threat for the benefit of others. The common messaging at OPC is that whilst uniforms change, the principles that exist within a high performing rescue, response, or tactical elements remains the same.

OPC supports those within military special operations, emergency services and specialist tactical groups to provide team and leadership development services.
